Comprehensive Inspection
Our experienced inspectors conduct thorough inspections of all types of elevation equipment of all safety features and emergency components to identify any potential issues or safety hazards. After each inspection is completed, a copy of the inspection report is sent to the contracted elevator maintenance company for any repairs that may be found during the elevator inspections.
Code Compliance
We ensure your elevators meet all applicable safety codes and regulations by conducting regular inspections and recommending necessary upgrades. As required by code, the elevator inspection report is submitted to the local building official so they can issue the certificate of inspection to be posted inside the elevator.
